A detox diet can also have adverse effects on your health. Most people don’t feel good on low-calorie, nutrient-poor diets. Potential side effects include low energy, low blood sugar muscle aches, fatigue, feeling dizzy or lightheaded, and nausea.
The alternative to a detox diet includes clean eating. You can opt to include more nutrient rich foods in your diet which may include vegetables and whole grains. Making these moderations to you diet and exercising can help you live a healthy life.
